Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer and partner, Howard K. Stern is filing a law suit against attorney, John O’Quinn. He claims that Virgie Smith’s lawyer has accused him of being responsible for the former model’s death. The papers were filed on Friday, in the District Court of West Palm Beach. Damages are being sought for slander and invasion of privacy.
It seems as though events surrounding Anna Nicole will rumble on.
