As Kylie Minogue continues her return to the music scene, it has been announced that she was offered the headline act at Glastonbury 2007. Unfortunately for her army of fans, she has a full schedule for 2007 and is not able to take time out for Glastonbury.
It is a mark of her strength that Kylie has slipped back into the music scene with such ease, with her legions of fans awaiting her appearance in concerts planned all over the globe.
What a difference from 12 months ago, when Ms Minogue was diagnosed with breast cancer. Like most hurdles in her life, she took time out, refocused and has beaten the disease into submission.
Her ordeal has proved to be a wake up call for many ladies around the globe, with the “Kylie†effect resulting in a massive increase in breast cancer scans.
So typical of Ms Minogue.
