Simon Cowell has signed a reported £20 million three year deal with ITV to ensure that prime time TV show the X Factor remains on ITV for the foreseeable future.
The show has unearthed many stars with recent winner Leona Lewis set to rake in at least £1 million, with the opportunity to crack the US with her perfect singing voice. While the stars of the show have been the singers, there is a danger that Cowell is becoming more high profile that the contestants.
As the dollars continue to pile up for Cowell, what will be his next venture? The man with the midas touch is now one of the most powerful on TV, not to mention the Music industry.
